The Society aims to undertake the construction of a Group Residential and Housing project in India once all the requisite approvals from Governmental authorities has been obtained, as per the Government Notification SO-5220 of 11 October 2018, and SO-5384 (E) of 24th October 2018. The land is to be allotted within the "L-Zone" (within a radius of around 0-5 km. From Dwarka) for the Housing Project of our society.

The Government is likely to hand over developed land by mid-2020, based on which the approval for commencing construction will be undertaken. Therefore, the financial outflow will be staggered over the period and in the meantime. The value of the land our residential housing scheme would also appreciate as time passes by, hence the most beneficial groups would be the early subscribers for the scheme.

Our Society has already procured land for the housing project in India at better locations, closer to Dwarka and IGI Airport. The land prices are going up rapidly following the Government's announcement of the "Smart City". Therefore, the present land cost is expected to increase substantially in the coming months compared to the cost currently being charged by the Society/Developer.
